A 20-year-old housewife, Vivian Camillo, on Tuesday urged an
Ikorodu Customary Court in Lagos State, to dissolve her one-year-old marriage
over alleged abandonment and battery.
Vivian told the court that her husband, Carlo Camillo, 31,
abandoned her since she got pregnant.
She alleged that her husband usually beats her, even when
she was pregnant.
