Tailor, 29, docked over theft of Cerelac baby food

A tailor, Tama Cornelius, 29, was on Friday arraigned over the theft of a carton of Cerelac baby food valued at N10,200.

Cornelius, who resides at No. 13, Ajara Dokoh, Badagry, Lagos State, is facing a charge of stealing before a Badagry Chief Magistrates' Court.

The prosecutor, Insp. Innocent Uko, told the court that the accused committed the offence on March 4, at Ajara Dokoh Shopping Complex in Badagry.

Man docked for allegedly raping 15-year-old neighbour

A 25-year-old Collins Ezekial, who allegedly raped a 15-year-old girl and assaulted her with blows on Friday in Lagos appeared before an Ebute Meta Chief Magistrates' Court.

The accused, who resides at the Government Residential Area (GRA) Ikeja, is facing trial on a two-count charge of forcefully having sexual intercourse and assault.

Sales rep docked over theft of employer's N10m

A sales representative, Chukwuka Emmanuel, who allegedly stole his employer's N10 million, was on Wednesday charged before a Yaba Chief Magistrates' Court in Lagos.

Emmanuel, 26, who resides at Abule-Ado, Satellite Town in Lagos, is facing a two-count charge of conspiracy and stealing.

The prosecutor, Abraham Fadipe, told the court that the accused committed the offences on Nov. 14, at Nippon Furniture and Steel Company Ltd, Lagos.
