The All Progressive Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Gen.
Mohammadu Buhari, has promised to develop infrastructure and encourage
entrepreneurship spirit of Nigerians if given the mandate.
Buhari said this at the APC presidential campaign rally in
Aba, Abia.
``We will focus on infrastructural development in terms of
power and roads, which are necessary.
