#FayoseHasGoneMadAgain, Nigerians cry out

….. lambast the Ekiti Gov. for placing death-wish adverts against Buhari in Punch, Sun newspapers 

Cross section of Nigerians have condemned the Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose for sponsoring what they called death-wish advertorial against the All Progressive Congress, APC Presidential candidate, General Muhammad Buhari (rtd) in some national dailies on Monday.

 The advertorial, which ran on the front pages of Punch and The sun, had put Buhari on the same list with past Nigerian leaders from the north-west zone who died in office and therefore put a question mark on Buhari and apparently his ability to survive his term in office if elected.

Majority of Nigerians who reacted on social media especially Facebook, twitter and others described the governor as being deranged and someone who needs to go through psychological examination.

For instance, on Facebook, Kudirat Oluwatoyin Disu Fayose said, “Fayose is deranged old bat and he needs to go through psychological examination.”

Ekundayo Awe noted, “I am surprised that people are expressing outrage and disgust at Fayose for practically wishing Buhari dead in his latest headline grabber. What do you expect from a tout? What do you expect from a thug? Are you expecting any decency from a scumbag?”

Speaking further, Awe said, “Fayose is an animal  ... He is so uncouth and despicable... nothing he does or says surprises me”

However, he noted, “But even at that, the Punch itself is disappointing in not professionally reviewing content that it releases for publication... this is the highpoint of irresponsible journalism.”

Speaking in the same vein, another respondent on Facebook who goes by the name, Stevo La Campagne noted, “This is so shameful.... It’s a pity that Punch Newspaper can allow their name to be dragged in a mud....It’s pathetic.... Though not surprise at Fayose”

Adewumi Ajibade, in his own contribution said, “This is pure madness! It is demonic. Only God determines who among those living today will die before 2019.”

Yinka Aiyelokun said, “You should know that Fayose needs a psychiatric mental reevaluation. He is completely insane!

To Adeolu Kuku, “This will only work into GMB favour, now you know PDP is grasping for straws.”

Ayo Adeniji submitted, “Who says that Ayo Fayose will not die before 14/2/2015? If he can be wishing another person to die, he may die before the Election Day because death does not care about your age or status when it comes calling.”

According to him, “This type of thing is making the ruling party to begin to lose sympathisers. Sell your candidate and not wishing another person dead. Fayose needs to be taking to Yaba apa osi or Aro psychiatric.”
